Jan 17, 2011 - Pesto Genovese to be the Star of This Year's International Day of Italian Cuisine
This year's International Day of Italian Cuisine is held on January 17th and the Liguria speciality pest Genovese is picked to be the main star for the event! The event is now in its 4th edition and its main purpose is to say no to fakes that harm the Italian cuisine and quality food products made in Italy around the world.
Traditionally the event is celebrated around the world, from Europe to New York and Singapore, where thousands of chefs, restaurateurs and food lovers cook together the selected recipe which this year is pasta with pesto Genovese
