At the same time, the property is just 15 mins away from the city center of La Spezia where you can endulge in shoping and sightseeing. It is also a perfect base to explore the historical town of Sarzana - its castle, antique markets, bars and restaurants. The seaside lovers will not be disappointed either with the seaside town of Lerici offering many sport activities and beaches in close reach .

Rental Details

Security Deposit: A security deposit of €100 (Euros) is payable in cash on arrival and will be held and returned to you on departure.

Prices Include: electricity, gas, linen, towels, kitchen utilities.

B&B Tranquilla is on the ground floor of the main house. Two small set ot stairs lead you to its private entrance through the garden which is facing the Gulf of La Spezia and reveals picturesque view of the hills surrounding the gulf. The residence offers kitchen area equipped with kitchen cabinets, oven, hobs and fridge combined with a living / dining space.

A door off the living area leads to the double bedroom that offers one double bed and one bunk-bed which sleeps 2 people making it an ideal residence for a company of four.

The owner of the B&B can also provide a cot for young children to sleep in.

There is a wardrobe including cabinets in the bedroom to store away your belongings.
