B and B La Tata is located in the historical town of La Serra , and sits on the slopes of the hills above the famous tourist town of Lerici . It offers splendid panoramic views overlooking the picturesque rooftops of the village and the magical sea of the Bay of Lerici. The B&B is a newly renovated, typical 18th-century Ligurian house. It is divided into 4 spacious and brightly decorated rooms of different size which can be rented separately. Two of the rooms offer spectacular sea views overlooking the bay of Lerici. The other two rooms bring the charming atmosphere of the town's typical alleyways. The B&B is a five minute walk from the sea and the beautiful beaches of Fiascherino  and Tellaro . At the same time, the location is ideal for hiking lovers as they are ten minutes away from Mount Rocchetta situated in the National Park of Montemarcello.

Prices Include: breakfast, electricity, room cleaning and change of linen/towels every two days.

B and B La Tata is a lovingly renovated 18th-century Ligurian house that has been divided into four themed rooms - King's Room, Queen's Room, Sun Room and Waves Room. It has been carefully decorated to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The entrance of the house is off a charming alleyway of the historical town. Marble staircase leads you to the first floor of the building where the 'Waves Room ' and 'King's Room' are located together with the access to the breakfast balcony.

There are two large windows with blinds that offer plenty of light and magic views. It accomodates two people in a large double-bed and has en-suite bathroom with shower. Queen's Room is another bright, spacious and comfortable room, offering views over the charming alleyway. It is the largest of all rooms in the B&B and accomodates up to 4 people. There is a one large double-bed and an unfolding double-bed. As will all other rooms, it has its own en-suite bathroom with shower. There is plenty of storage space too ...

Notes

The owner speaks Italian, French and English.

No extra charge for cleaning on departure but the owner expects for the residence to be left in clean condition.

Exchange of keys to the property is between 12:30 pm to 10:30pm . If arrival is after 10:30pm, there is a surcharge of €10 (euros) for the hand over of keys.

Only small animals are allowed to stay in the property.
