B and B Il Parco is located in the neighbourhood of Zanego, overlooking the sea from the rugged south coast of the Gulf of La Spezia or also known as the Gulf of the Poets . It sits amongst the hills, in the heart of the National Park of Montemarcello - a place of absolute tranquility, immersed in a beautiful and unspoilt Mediterranean nature. The area offers not only great panoramic sea views but also is in the middle of the hiking trails (both by foot or mountain bike) that lead to Tellaro , Fiascherino and Lerici or Montemarcello and beyond to the valley of the Magra.

For cyclists, the panoramic roads that lead from Zanego to La Serra and Lerici or from Zanego to Montemarcello and the village of Bocca di Magra or Ameglia, are both unforgettable trips. By car, the distance from the beaches of Tellaro, Fiascherino or Lerici are about 15 minutes away. The distance from the beaches of Punta Corvo or Bocca di Magra is about 20 minutes. The city of La Spezia and also within 20 minutes reach.

Rental Details

B and B Il Parco is a lovingly maintained independent 'annexe' to a bigger Villa with large garden terraces with sea views. And the guests of Il Parco are more then welcomed to use the whole of the garden during their stay.

ideal for relaxing and catching some sun

The two rooms of the B and B Il Parco are comfortably furnished and are paved
with parquet flooring.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the other has a large sofa that becomes also a double bed if necessary.

The large bathroom is positioned between the two rooms and is accessible by both of them . It has modern design and is equipped with shower and bidet.

A few short steps from the rooms, you find the large kitchen/dining room with fantastic panoramic views over the gardens of the property and the sea.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, food processor, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. It has a dining space with table and chairs.

However, with the nice weather a lot of the guests prefer to take advantage of the outside space and dine on the terraced gardens.

The guests of the B and B Il Parco are also welcomed to take advantage of the wide range of freshly grown herbs (rosemary, sage, thyme, marjoram, basil, licorice, mint, etc.) and vegetables (tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant, peppers, basil, fennel, cucumbers, lettuce, etc.) from the garden in order to use for culinary purposes.

• Air-conditioning throughout the B&B and the kitchen area which can also be used for heating in the colder months of the year

• Satellite TV with SKY and stereo system 

• Wi-Fi connection available

• Possibility of using a laundry with washer and dryer at an extra charge

Notes

The owner speaks Italian, French and English.

No extra charge for cleaning on departure but the owner expects for the residence to be left in clean condition.

Exchange of keys to the property is between 12:30 pm to 10:30pm . If arrival is after 10:30pm, there is a surcharge of €10 (euros) for the hand over of keys.
